Dear parents and carers,

The Department of Education and Training and the Department of Health are seeking feedback on the wearing of face masks in Victorian schools.

You are invited to complete a short survey of parents and carers at our school – your participation is voluntary and anonymous. Our school will not have access to your individual data or responses. The link to the survey is here:

You are asked to complete the survey by midnight Sunday 24 July 2022.
